Just as our sales training seminars, consulting and coaching are based on giving
feedback, we also value feedback from our clients. It tells us a lot about what
we are doing well, areas for ongoing emphasis, and ways to make workshops
even more effective. The following are examples of comments we have received.
Thank you for the great job you did presenting the course material. I really enjoyed your approach to
Business to Business Selling. Several techniques you used helped emphasize points and make the class
real for us. Also I appreciated how you got everyone involved in the class which helped me gain a little

I have attended alot (and I mean ALOT) of sales training seminars and I probably got more out of this
one than any of the others. I have been in sales a long time and I always thought that I listened. But it
became obvious to me this week that I was listening but not necessarily hearing what my customer had to
say. Well worth the two days.
